Is there any light on the doorbell when you ring the bell? If no, this means no power, and you need to charge it first.
2. Wi-Fi is weak
The device may have disconnected from Wi-Fi. Please improve Wi-Fi signal and reconnect.
3. Wi-Fi is unstable
