Search for "Gazing" in the Apple App Store or Google Play, or use the download buttons on this page. The Gazing App works on iPhone (iOS 12+), iPad, Apple Silicon Macs and any modern Android phone.
The Gazing App is the companion app for Gazing smart doorbells, battery cameras, solar-powered cameras, light bulb cameras and wireless chimes. Add as many devices as you like under one account.
Make sure you're on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (5 GHz isn't supported), keep the device within 10 m / 33 ft of the router during setup, and ensure no protective film is covering the camera lens when scanning the QR code. See the connectivity guide in the help center for the full checklist.
Gazing devices connect over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only. Many routers broadcast both bands under the same network name — give them different names so the Gazing App can pair with the 2.4 GHz one.
The Gazing App is free to download and use. Cloud video history is a separate subscription: $19.99 per month, $99.99 for six months, or $169.99 per year. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account.
Yes. Sign in on multiple phones, or invite family members from Settings → Sharing in the Gazing App so they get the live view and alerts without needing your password.
Hold the reset button on the device for around 5 seconds until you hear the voice prompt, then re-add it in the Gazing App. The reset device guide covers each model in detail.
